Spring is finally here, and if you’re anything like us, you’re ready to get outside and enjoy it. Easter weekend is one of the best times to explore local events, see familiar faces, and make some memories with your kids.
Instead of searching through multiple sites and social media posts, I pulled together a full list of Easter egg hunts happening across South Jersey so you can easily plan your weekend.
This guide includes a mix of quick neighborhood hunts, larger community events, full-day experiences, and even a few options just for the adults at the end.
Saturday, March 28 Egg Hunts
Mullica Hill Easter Egg Hunt (Harrison Township)
Location: Wm. Wilt Complex, Mullica Hill
Date: Saturday, March 28

Details: This well-organized, family-friendly event is hosted by Harrison Township Recreation, along with the local police and fire departments. Children participate in age-specific egg hunts that run one at a time, allowing parents to walk alongside them and be part of the experience.

Pennsauken Township Easter Egg Hunt
Location: Walt Nicgorski Sports Complex

Time: 10:00 AM (arrive by 9:45 AM)
Ages: Up to 9
Details: Pennsauken’s annual egg hunt is a quick and exciting event featuring multiple age-group sections. Each group hunts separately, and special prize eggs are hidden throughout the field. Children who find these eggs can win prizes provided by local sponsors.
There will also be a designated area for photos with the Easter Bunny, making this a great option for younger families. The event typically wraps up quickly, so arriving on time is important.
